As a Leader, Dervila has built and managed new business divisions for companies in Europe and Middle East over the last 12+ years of her career. Over the last 4 years in UAE, Dervila designed and built the MENA Executive Search Model and division for Thomas Thor for their Nuclear division, developed separate new recruitment and executive search business lines in Renewable Energy and Technology sectors across the MENA region, onboarding many renewable energy and technology partners during this period.

In her most recent position as the Chief Operating Officer at Phelan Energy Group, a global renewable energy company, Dervila oversaw all aspects of global operational management and leadership development, designing new HR & Hiring processes and models of delivery to support global growth. With responsibility for leadership oversight, development and support across all organisational departments including Finance, HR, Operations, Project Development, EPC, Project Finance, Commercial and Legal, Dervila oversaw business objectives across both Solar and Hydrogen divisions during this period.

Prior to this she was Director of Technology for an Executive Search firm in Ireland, where she developed their Technology service offering and worked extensively with banking, financial services, technology and pharmaceutical sectors, at director and executive level.

Dervila has dual nationality (Irish and Dutch) and extensive experience working globally on projects in countries including Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands. While she started her career in Project Management and Commercial Journalism in the media sector, she moved into recruitment in 2002 and has forged a highly successful career in leadership and executive search over the last 10 years.

Dervila holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology (University College Cork), Post-Graduate in Business Administration (University of Limerick) and Leadership Development Programme Certification (IBEC Management Institute, Ireland).

At Corver Consulting, Joelle provides guidance in a number of key areas, such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational design, Organizational Change Management, Project & Programme Management, Individual competency assessment and Organizational maturity models.

In her most recent position as the Strategic Workforce Planning & Organizational Design Manager at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) Enterprise, she helped reshape the Organization during the critical Operational Readiness phase and allowed for an effective transition from a Project based Organization to a Licensed Nuclear Operator by defining the annual and long term Strategic Workforce Plan and leading key organizational alignments.

Past experiences also include the design and delivery of the Project Management Maturity Plan; the delivery of large digital projects across various industries as well as providing management consulting services to blue chip organizations. 
 Joelle is an exceptional communicator, adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. She approaches every project with a collaborative mindset, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives. One of Joelle’s strengths lie in her ability to lead people and enable change, in high-pressure situations.

Joelle also brings her heritage as a multi-lingual, multi-cultural French, Lebanese, Australian female, to her various roles, promoting diversity and inclusiveness. Joelle holds a Master’s degree in Project and Programme Management from the SKEMA Lille.

As a strategic partner for Corver Consulting, Annabel leads the design and implementation of tailored leadership assessments, considering unique needs, objectives, and industry context. This ensures that the insights generated are relevant and actionable for your organisation.

Annabel is partner and practice lead for leadership development at The Way Over, an international leadership development organisation. Her key focus is empowering clients to develop the practices and deeper inquiry that enable transformative learning. Through programme design, workshop facilitation, and 1:1 leadership accompaniment she guides groups and individuals in the expansion of self-awareness that is foundational to generative personal and team leadership.

Annabel works at senior management and executive level with blue chips, international small-to-medium organisations, and NGOs, and has taught leadership in undergraduate and graduate settings. She has a BA in German and Italian from University College London, an MA in Applied Spirituality and is a certified practitioner for the specialised leadership assessment tools Key Polarity Indicator™ and The Leadership Circle™.
