Annabel is partner and practice lead for leadership development at The Way Over, an international leadership development organisation. Her key focus is empowering clients to develop the practices and deeper inquiry that enable transformative learning. Through programme design, workshop facilitation, and 1:1 leadership accompaniment she guides groups and individuals in the expansion of self-awareness that is foundational to generative personal and team leadership.
Annabel works at senior management and executive level with blue chips, international small-to-medium organisations, and NGOs, and has taught leadership in undergraduate and graduate settings. She has a BA in German and Italian from University College London, an MA in Applied Spirituality and is a certified practitioner for the specialised leadership assessment tools Key Polarity Indicator™ and The Leadership Circle™. Annabel speaks mother-tongue English and fluent Dutch.
